Work life is a document that can be asked of us on many occasions. For example, before signing an employment contract or to apply for unemployment benefits. This is a document issued by the General Treasury of Social Security and that allows the holder to resume his or her work activity. That is, it includes all the situations of registration and withdrawal in the different Social Security regimes and the number of days that a worker has been registered.
Social Security is made up of several regimes: General Regime – employed worker -, Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers – self-employed -, Special Regime for Coal Mining and Special Regime for Coal Mining. How to apply for working life?
The work life report is a document that can be obtained free of charge. In fact, Social Security emphasizes that you have to distrust “those who ask for money in exchange to carry out the procedure” Social Security (TGSS).
Can I request the rectification of an error in my work life?
All the information collected in a work life report is what Social Security has. However, it is possible that some changes have not been recorded or some incorrect information has been included. “In most cases they occur with work carried out many years ago when computer bases did not exist,” explains Social Security. If an error is detected, the owner must submit a claim for data from his or her work life to correct it.
