As explained by the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Perm Territory, the driver of the Renault Logan vehicle lost control. His vehicle entered the oncoming lane and collided with a Volvo truck.
The Renault driver and his two passengers died at the scene of the accident: a 23-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl. Another passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital with serious injuries. It was not possible to save her.
Currently, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate are establishing all the circumstances of the car accident.
