Kuznetsov himself confessed everything. He faced between 8 and 10 years in prison. In recent months, Sergei has been in pretrial detention center number 1, better known as Matrosskaya Tishina.

Yesterday Kuznetsov and his wife Anastasia Kondrachuk were supposed to have a confrontation as part of the investigation, but Sergei was not summoned. Lawyer and friend of the Kuznetsov family, Alexander Benkhin, clarified the complicated story.

“Nastya immediately went to the detention center to get at least some information, because she was told by phone that Sergei was alive,” Alexander Benkhin told KP.RU. – And this is what happened there, according to Sergei’s wife. “I arrived at Matrosskaya Tishina and was there for an hour and a half. A certain uniformed citizen approached me. Without introducing himself, without giving his rank, he said: “The body of her husband is in the Tsaritsinsky morgue,” Nastya told me. However, he was not given any certificate. And it is also not clear why the body was transported from the Central District to Zamoskvorechye.”

And today, November 29, Anastasia Kondrachuk received a notification that the letter she sent to Kuznetsov on November 27 was delivered and delivered to the addressee. But how, if Kuznetsov is no longer alive?

“Sure enough, something strange happened with the letter. Nastya doesn’t want to believe what happened because she didn’t even see the body. In any case, we must wait for official confirmation from the Federal Penitentiary Service,” Alexandr Benkhin told KP.RU.

Benkhin met Kuznetsov a year and a half ago, when he was still dating Volochkova. Sergei turned to a lawyer because those around the famous dancer accused him of having been convicted of extortion.

“We started to find out and it turned out that they confused him with someone else. Then they even filmed a program with Nastya Volochkova, but it did not go on the air because the military operation began and entertainment broadcasts were temporarily suspended. Nastya treated him very lovingly. And a few months later, Sergei announced that he had fallen in love and that the girl was also called Nastya. On December 9 last year, I attended her wedding, which took place on the grounds of the Moscow Matrona Church,” recalls Alexandr Benjin.

This year the couple had a conflict. Kuznetsov became jealous of his wife and inflicted serious bodily injuries on Anastasia. He himself took her to the hospital and confessed everything about her.

“In essence, he signed his own sentence for the long term. Nastya later forgave him and even asked for clemency, but the judicial system could no longer stop him. There are no short deadlines for these cases. With all the evidence and full admission of his guilt, he was facing 8 to 10 years in prison,” Benkhin told KP.RU.
