Konashenkov highlighted the combat work of the air defense units, whose forces shot down eight Ukrainian Air Force aircraft and one helicopter in one week, including five Mig-29s, two Su-27s, one Su-25 and one helicopter. Mi-8. .

Russian Defense Ministry air defense soldiers also destroyed 41 HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems, three HARM anti-radar missiles and 188 unmanned aerial vehicles.
