“KP” wrote about the confrontation in the family of People’s Artist of Russia Raisa Maksimova, the oldest actress of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. She is 94 years old. In recent years, Raisa Viktorovna has performed in the performances of Renata Litvinova. And if she had not fled to France, Maksimova would have continued working. Oleg Tabakov appreciated her very much. He said that thanks to her he became an artist. When Tabakov was still at school, Raisa Maksimova was already a star of the Saratov Youth Theater, playing all the young heroines. The Saratov kids, passionate about theater, were excited to see her on stage. Tabakov had a “registered” side chair: he did not miss a single one of his performances. And then they met at the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater and became good friends. Raisa Maksimova is a good theater actress appreciated in the theater. Unfortunately, her family treats her differently. We told how her daughter-in-law and her granddaughter did not allow her to erect a monument on the grave of her son Alexei Grinevich. Added to these disappointments was the “mouse commotion” over the actress’s personal belongings, which she kept in her son’s house. Alexey died in November 2021. After this, Raisa Viktorovna asked for her jewelry, the ring that her husband gave her for the birth of her son, a painting and state awards to be returned. Negotiations with my daughter-in-law continued for a whole year until we managed to get at least part of things through lawyers.

According to friends, relatives make fun of the old woman because they feel offended by her. The obstacle, as always, was the question of housing.

Many years ago, Raisa Maksimova received from the Moscow Art Theater a three-room apartment, with an area of about 100 square meters, in an elite building “Stalin” on Tverskaya, 6. The house is opposite the Kremlin. Prestigious and expensive real estate.

– Actress Anastasia Zueva (the famous narrator of the film Tales of Alexandra Rowe – Ed.) lived in this apartment. Then he received a bigger living space,” Raisa Maksimova told me. “And I got the apartment from her, although the People’s Artist of the USSR Alla Tarasova requested it.

The apartment was privatized for Raisa Viktorovna and her son. Before his death, Alexey bequeathed his share to his son Mitya, grandson of Raisa Maksimova. And he gave the child (Mitia, 7 years old) half of the deed of donation.

Raisa Viktorovna loved Alexei very much. He is her youngest son. There is also an older one, Andrei, but her mother’s relationship with him is complicated. Now she adores her little grandson. Granddaughters Anna (Alexey’s daughter) and Alena (Andrey’s daughter) have grown up. Anna went to study in London and stayed there. Raisa Viktorovna always helped her two granddaughters (as well as her eldest son) with money, she paid for her education and found apartments. But, according to her, they treat her grandmother without due attention and gratitude from her. They don’t call her, they don’t wish her happy birthday. Another thing is Mitya. With him she learns poems and fables; After the death of “her beloved son Alyosha,” he is the light in the window for her.

Mitya is Alexei’s illegitimate son. The boy’s mother, Elena Shoiko, managed to establish the fact of the relationship through the court. Two genetic tests confirm it: Dmitry is the natural son of Alexei Grinevich and, therefore, his heir. Therefore, a competitor for other applicants. Raisa Viktorovna recognized the child as her grandson. This fact and the fact that she issued a deed of donation of the apartment in her name sparked indignation among his legal wife and daughter.

Alexey was a successful businessman. He received a theatrical education, but did not make a fortune from theater criticism.

– It had restaurants. Once she went into the gambling business. “I invested money in the banking sector,” Elena Shoiko, Mitina’s mother, told me. She is 17 years younger than Alexey Grinevich.

Their romance lasted 13 years. She was young and pretty, with her Alexey traveled the world, lived in Italy and France. “He and I had an apartment in Italy. And Mitya was born in Nice,” says Elena. The businessman lived abroad with the woman he loved and his legal wife, Natalya, was waiting for him at his house in Moscow. He lived for two families. For some reason, this suited both the wife and the mistress. Alexey was rich and handsome. He loved women and they loved him.

“He didn’t try to change anything in our relationship and I didn’t insist,” says Elena Shoiko. – I was already married (Elena has an older son from her first marriage – Ed.). She was left a widow. I am financially independent and earn a lot of money.

This idyll could have continued longer if Alexey had not fallen ill. They found oncology. Expensive treatment did not help. He died two years ago at age 59. That’s when all the skeletons of him came out of the closet.

His wife, Natalia, discovered that her husband had an illegitimate son, to whom he bequeathed a share of a luxury apartment on Tverskaya. I learned about a mistress who, through the court, achieved recognition of Mitya as a legal heir. Natalya was offended and, in a fit of untruth, she decided to sue for her legal share of that same apartment on Tverskaya. Natalya is retired. Despite her will, she is entitled to 1/8 of the share. The feeling of a cheated wife obscured common sense. She didn’t foresee that her actions were opening Pandora’s box. In response to her request to “divide everything equally,” all of her other heirs automatically joined the ownership process. Alexey Grinevich has four of them: his legal wife Natalya, his daughter Anna, his mother actress Raisa Maksimova and his youngest son Mitya, whose interests are represented by Elena Shoiko.

Raisa Viktorovna initially did not claim her son’s inheritance, but after her daughter-in-law declared war on her (she was especially outraged because she did not allow a monument to be erected on her son’s grave and claimed 1/8 share of his apartment), she he also agreed with the principle. “Then I want what’s mine, what belongs to me by law,” said the 94-year-old artist. Raisa Viktorovna has a tough character. As she said, so it will be.

Now he is suing his relatives for his son’s inheritance. He says she’s doing it for Mitya. The property courts have been operating since December last year.

“A few days before his death, Alexey gave his daughter Anna two houses and land in Nikolina Gora,” Raisa Maksimova’s lawyer Pavel Markasov told us. – All other assets are subject to division. At the notary we saw that many real estate assets were not declared in the estate. But they were acquired during the marriage, although they were registered in the name of Alexei’s wife, Natalya Romanovna. They contain your marital part, so they are also subject to division. We are talking about an apartment in the Arbat area with an area of 150 m2, several houses and land in Rublyovka, cars, bank accounts. At one time, Alexey bought plots in the prestigious Nikolina Gora in the Moscow region. While it is difficult to estimate the mass of the estate, a judicial investigation is underway. I think we’re talking several million dollars. It is already clear that this is many times more than 1/8 of the share of the apartment on Tverskaya.

“I have never encountered a more ridiculous situation than the one Natalya Romanovna finds herself in, who risks losing much more than she can win,” Pavel Markasov continues. – Instead of going to Raisa Viktorovna and asking for forgiveness, Natalya Romanovna, for some reason, started a war with an old woman.
