The “PRO Oil” case championship was organized for Omsk high school students – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The case championship is included in the scope of the personnel training program “School – college/university – Omsk Refinery”.

Teachers of the basic department of Gazprom Neft together with the company’s employees developed the tasks based on real production needs.

– The difference between “PRO Oil” and regular championships lies in the practical orientation of the competition. Students gain unique knowledge and valuable experience in team problem solving. This was possible thanks to close collaboration with a high-tech company, whose specialists help to immerse children in real production topics, the acting director noted. either. The program is carried out in collaboration with 13 educational institutions of Omsk. Every year more than 800 Omsk schoolchildren take part.
