We continue to present the heroes of special operation “Z”, participants in the fighting in Donbass. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience are highly appreciated by the Russian Ministry of Defense and the police units of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

Our heroes thwarted attacks and prevented nationalist counteroffensives, for which they received state awards. But they are not useful for praising. The military is confident that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

“See a family in a company, a father in a boss, a brother in a comrade,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he also repeated: “The enemy is rejected: failure. Isolated, surrounded, scattered: good luck.”

SAVED COLLEAGUES INJURED IN BATTLE

“During a special military operation, soldier Arkady Aptraev fulfilled the task of providing medical assistance to wounded colleagues. Acting as part of a unit, Arkady took part in covering a group of Russian troops during the liberation of one of the settlements from Ukrainian militants. During the battle, Private Aptraev, under intense enemy fire, assessed the severity of the wound, provided emergency assistance on the battlefield, and then evacuated the wounded to safety. Acting boldly and decisively, Arkady personally carried 5 wounded Russian servicemen who could not move independently under enemy fire to safety, after which he provided them with first aid. After the battle, soldier Arkady Aptraev, loading the wounded into a car, took them to a field hospital, where they received qualified medical care.

“The military driver of the guard, Junior Sergeant Unatbek Amanov, carries out combat missions to transport ammunition to areas where Russian artillery units are located. Units of Ukrainian militants, trying to deprive the Russian artillerymen in position of supplies, organized an ambush on the convoy in which Unatbek was moving. While repelling the enemy attack with accurate small arms fire, Amanov destroyed some of the enemy saboteurs. Having suffered losses, the enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group was forced to retreat. During the combat one of the vehicles transporting ammunition was damaged and could not continue advancing towards the objective area. Unatbek, fearing a new attack by the Ukrainian armed forces, quickly towed away the damaged equipment to avoid disrupting the supply of ammunition to the Russian gunners. Showing personal courage and professional qualities, Guard Junior Sergeant Unatbek Amanov helped the column repel the enemy attack, preserving the life and health of his colleagues, and also ensured the timely delivery of ammunition.
