The new contracts will be of the so-called level 1B, with an entry salary of 19,500 euros per year, pending the salary update of 2024. Regarding salaries, a payment of 400 euros upon signing the agreement is included in the fixed part, which It will be paid in the December payroll, and the salary increase based on the CPI increase up to the limit of 4%, half in the individual complement or qualification.

If inflation exceeds 4%, the company will pay a non-consolidable payment for an import equivalent to the difference between that percentage and the accumulated price increase.

In its equality plan, Stellantis ensures at least 23.3% female representation in human resource management processes, the maintenance of existing conciliation measures and doubling the number of places for special alternatives to reducing hours ( 30 places). ) and schedule adaptation (30 places).
