The finished housing area will provide new apartments for about 150 thousand residents.

According to the mayor, more than 117 thousand people have already celebrated their housewarming and more than 26 thousand program participants are preparing documents or moving.

In 2023 alone, 52 houses were put into operation and 36.54 thousand inhabitants began to relocate. “We are now designing and building 438 more houses,” concluded the city head.
