That is, thanks to the approval of the law, microfinance organizations (MFIs) will be subject to the responsibility of advertising loan services without indicating their total cost. A similar rule now applies to banks.

Now it will be necessary to indicate the total cost of both the loan (loan) and the microloan for the borrower. The violation will entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 40 thousand to 100 thousand rubles; for legal entities: from 600 thousand to 1 million 600 thousand rubles.

For violation of other legal requirements for advertising distributed by telephone, citizens will be fined from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, officials (from 20 to 100 thousand, legal entities) from 300 thousand to one million rubles.
