“Shame” – by Barinov and “********” – by Galaktionov. Analysis of the Loko arbitration scandal

The captain and coach of the team could not contain their emotion after the lost victory. Is it relevant? We are talking to Igor Fedotov.

The second round of the RPL started with a scandal! In the first match of round 16 between Krylia Sovetov and Lokomotiv there was a heated result that provoked the harshest comments from Dmitry Barinov and Mikhail Galaktionov. The head coach of the Railwaymen will most likely face disqualification.

The captain and coach of Lokomotiv were infuriated by the refereeing of the St. Petersburg team Vasily Kazartsev. Immediately after the final whistle, Barinov, on his way to the locker room, approached the fourth official, Rashid Abusuev. “You are a disgrace to all of football!” – said the midfielder in the referee’s face and entered the stands.

Then, on air, “Match Premier” made a powerful comment about the Galaktions game. The Lokomotiv coach was so angry with the ending, in which Krylia Sovetov turned the 1:3 into 3:3 thanks to goals in added time, that he even used an obscene word.

“We played (the match) quite well, we carried out our attacks and, in principle, we should have led the match to victory. But what happened in the end…?

I think this will have to be solved. Both the Lokomotiv football club and the top management must figure it out. Because that’s how it’s judged… And the fact that it was like that in the end… Well, if someone likes sex, we don’t. I’ve finished. Thank you,” Galaktionov snapped.

It was especially unexpected to hear this from the emphatically correct, as a rule, Galaktionov.

Lokomotiv may have claims regarding several episodes:

1. Krylia Sovetov scored her first goal in the 32nd minute with the score 0:1. The railwaymen claimed that a foul had been committed against Karpukas, but Kazartsev and his VAR colleagues did not consider the infringement. By the way, there are also doubts for Karpukas himself, who for some reason dodged the ball when Costanza hit.

2. The second issue is the amount of compensated time. Kazartsev initially added six minutes, and a Morozov handball occurred with the teams playing one minute and three seconds. Finally, Krylya Sovetov scored the third goal in the 90+10 minute.

3. Kazartsev’s own decision to award a penalty for Morozov’s foul.

Unreal rescue of “Wings” in Samara in added time! “Loko” seemed punished by fate

Former RPL referee Igor Fedotov analyzed controversial issues in the Samara match for the “Championship”:

— After your words, we will not see Galaktionov and Barinov in the next match against Zenit. Describe Kazartsev’s work with the word “shame”? Kazartsev worked like margarine: neither harmful nor beneficial. He was nothing.

Their interpretations were twisted. Some cards are incomprehensible to me, for example, the one from the Wings player in the 58th minute, or why he didn’t give the card to Lantratov when he started colliding.

As for Lokomotiv’s possible claims, he was immediately dismissed in added time. Only the referee knows how much to play; There is no point in watching something with a stopwatch here. In added time a goal was scored, there was controversy, the locals attacked, we had to let it finish. About the first goal of “Krylia” doubts may arise: for me there was no foul against Karpukas, but if he considered a similar episode with Yezhov as a violation, then he should have whistled here too. Although for me both episodes are about continuing the game. And finally, the shame: it’s all a matter of the case. Morozov pressed the ball with his hand. If there had been a touch we could have played more, but he blocked it.
