The High Precision Complex Instrument Design Bureau (part of Rostec) completed the state defense order for 2023 ahead of schedule for the supply of Pantsir-S air defense missile systems. This is stated in the Vysokotoka message. Now the Tula company continues to produce “Pantsir” of all kinds, even beyond the established schedule.

“Previously, the company made improvements to Pantsir, which made it possible to increase the efficiency of work against unmanned aerial vehicles, “complex” projectiles and long-range missiles. The results of the combat use of the complex demonstrated the correctness of the previously adopted design decisions,” the official statement says.

It should be noted that Vysokotochka carried out this work in the summer. The designers customized the equipment for foreign missiles and drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and equipped the Pantsir with new mini-projectiles that can shoot down small drones and rockets.

These measures will increase not only the security of military facilities in the special military operation zone, but also the security of peaceful settlements, which are systematically terrorized by Ukrainian military personnel, firing howitzers, drones and missiles at the civilian population.

Let us remember that our air defense units shoot down several dozen Ukrainian drones every day, as well as HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, HARM and S-300 missiles. In total, since the start of the special military operation, our soldiers have destroyed 9,391 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
