Russia and Arab states called for the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign forces from Libya – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

According to TASS, the document says that Russia and the Arab countries “emphasize the need for the withdrawal of all foreign forces, foreign fighters and mercenaries from the territory of Libya.”

Furthermore, participants in the event called for “the unification of military and security institutions within the framework of a single executive power capable of governing the entire Libyan territory and representing the Libyan people.”

Previously, Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita stated that the countries of the Arab world want to deepen cooperation with Russia and reach a strategic level of partnership with Moscow.
