The ranking is designed to help businesses and citizens select the right specialists in critical areas of legal practice, from criminal law and courts to digital asset management and healthcare.
The study was launched in May 2023. Participants submitted their applications for free based on nominations proposed by the editors. The submission of an application was an essential condition to be included among the number of nominees.
The personal rating, which is essentially a legal map of the country, names the best, according to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, in the most popular areas of law.
Within each section, lawyers and advocates are divided into groups (from two to five) according to the degree of professional competence, the complexity of the projects implemented and reputation. Group specialists are arranged alphabetically. The very fact of being included in the rating is a kind of sign of quality and recognition of the merits of a particular professional.
The rating of lawyers and their companies will now be annual: the Rossiyskaya Gazeta study will begin in May and the results will be published in December.
