RIA Novosti: Mini-UAVs have been created for the Su-57 that will be carried on board – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

We are talking about attack drones, reconnaissance devices and electronic warfare. The Su-57 will carry these unmanned aerial vehicles on an external sling or in the inner compartment of the fuselage and launch them into the air. The fighter will be able to launch several drones at the same time and control them.

It was previously reported that the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Plant is preparing to deliver the next batch of Su-57s to the troops at the end of this year.

The Su-57 is a fifth-generation multirole fighter distinguished by its supersonic cruising speed, new avionics, a weapons compartment inside the fuselage and a radar-absorbing coating that makes the aircraft less visible to radars.
