Putin was instructed to study the issue of the use of school zones by local residents after school hours – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The Head of State set out to use the experience of the Talent and Success Foundation “to create a modern and comfortable educational environment, providing local residents with the opportunity to use the territories of educational organizations outside of school hours.” It is clarified that said use is proposed “for education, leisure and recreation.” At the same time, the president set the condition: “with the unconditional guarantee of the safety of life and health of students and local residents.”

“If necessary, ensure that appropriate changes are made to the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation,” the document says. Putin is awaiting reports on the matter from the Russian government before February 1 and November 1, 2024.

In addition, according to the order, the experience of the fund will be useful to improve construction, fire and sanitary standards applied in the construction, reconstruction and equipment of educational institutions and the development of their territories.

The President also ordered that the Talento y Éxito Foundation receive the status of a national methodological center to support gifted children and young people.

The government, together with the said fund and regional authorities, will have until March 1, 2024 to develop unified principles for awarding the winners and prizewinners of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren.

Also in the list of instructions: starting from 2024, it is necessary to provide for the allocation of funds for the training of chief advisors of schools. The Cabinet of Ministers must present the report before February 1, 2024 and annually thereafter.
