“The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the administration of the Krasnodar Territory and with the participation of the public authorities of the federal territory “Sirius”, taking into account the instructions given above, guarantees, on the basis of existing restrictions ( including environmental restrictions), the transfer (provision) of land plots located at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Adler district, Veseloe village, the all-Russian public organization of the football sports federation “Russian Football Union” in order to build a national sports training center for football teams of the Russian Federation, as well as to provide the necessary assistance for the creation of such a center,” the order says.
The report must be submitted before April 30, 2024 and once every six months thereafter. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev were designated responsible for implementing the order.
In addition, training centers for various sports should appear in the Far East and the Sverdlovsk region. This instruction was given by Vladimir Putin after a meeting of the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports.
In the Sverdlovsk region it is necessary to ensure the creation of sports training centers for the preparation of sports teams of the Russian Federation in biathlon, cycling, track disciplines and speed skating. The text of the order establishes the need to provide for gradual financing of relevant activities at the federal and regional levels starting from 2025, as well as to attract extra-budgetary sources for these purposes.
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Government of the Primorsky Territory, has been instructed to ensure the creation on Russky Island and in the city of Vladivostok of centers for hockey, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts, boxing, swimming, tennis academy and an athletics stadium as part of the federal sports and training center for the preparation of sports teams of the Russian Federation.
The deadline for reporting on this allocation is December 20, 2024.
