The TNI Military Police Center (Puspom) investigated the statements of a number of witnesses, including bribe givers and those involved and several employees of the National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) in the investigation of two TNI officers suspected of bribery at Basarnas.

“To the suspect Marsdya HA the witnesses presented were (a) civil servant, Didi Hamzar as Head of Data and Information Center (Head of Data and Information Center), Captain Kal Budhi Indra Bayu (as) Head of TU Subdivision (Head of Administrative Subdivision), Captain Adm Kusmina staff personally, Lt. Col. AFC as the Basarnas financial fund holder, Emsil as the KPK reporting witness, and Marsma (First Marshal) TNI Danang from Basarnas,” said Julius.
Meanwhile, the suspect Lt. Col. Adm Afri Budi Cahyanto (ABC), who served as Coordinator for the Head of Basarnas, Puspom TNI investigated witness statements, including Amrizal as the reporter, and the bribe giver, namely the Main Director of PT Intertekno Graphic Sejati (IGS) Marilya, the Main Director of PT Kindah Abadi Utama (KAU) Roni Aidil, Main Commissioner of PT Multi Graphic Cipta Sejati Mulsunadi Gunawan, Erna as SPV Treasury of PT IGK, and Daniel as financial staff of PT IGK.
For the examination on Thursday, Puspom TNI investigated the statements of a number of witnesses for the investigation into the bribery case of Marsdya HA and Lt. Col. Adm ABC.
“First for the suspects Lt. Col. ABC, (namely) Tomi Setiawan, Rika Mariani, Johannes, Herry Wibowo. This is from civil and private. For the suspect Marsdya HA, (witnesses) brother Mulsunadi, Roni Aidil, Maria. This is from the civil and private sectors,” said Julius.
Puspom TNI on July 31, 2023 named Marsdya HA and Lt. Col. ABC as suspects in the bribery case in procuring equipment at Basarnas. On the same day, the two were immediately detained at the Military Prison Installation owned by the Air Force Puspom at Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta.
Investigators from Puspom TNI and KPK on August 5 2023 continued to search the Basarnas Office in Jakarta and confiscated a number of items of evidence stored in two boxes and one suitcase.
“The evidence seized was documents for the procurement of goods and services, proof of transactions for cashing checks from PT Kindah, ROP procurement documents for KN SAR, documents (KN SAR) Ganesha, and procurement of public safety diving equipment, financial administration documents for the procurement of wreckage victim detection. , and other important documents related to the procurement of goods and services at Basarnas in 2023, then taking the minutes of taking CCTV footage at Basarnas related to the case of the suspect HA,” said Julius Widjojono at a press conference at TNI Headquarters, Thursday.
On the same occasion, Julius added that the Puspom TNI had also received evidence in the form of 44 documents from the KPK.
Puspom TNI currently ensnares HA and ABC with Article 12 a or b or Article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended in Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication Corruption crime in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
