Captive Russian soldiers recorded video messages for their families, Moskalkova said.

He also said that the visit to the Ukrainian prisoners was organized with the help of the Russian Defense Ministry. Their conditions of detention and medical care meet international standards.

Many of the Ukrainian servicemen said that Russian authorities gave them the opportunity to talk to their families by phone and also sent letters and video messages to their relatives.
