More than 100 electric buses arrived in Moscow in autumn – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Route N 560 connected six metro stations and the MCD in the northeast. Students, MIPT employees and local residents can conveniently reach the D1, Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya and Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro lines, the Moscow Department of Transport reported.

“Moscow is a leader in Europe in the development and use of electric transport, number one in the number of electric buses,” says the capital’s deputy mayor, Maxim Liksutov. “This year we received almost 300 modern vehicles from KAMAZ, and in total, 1,200 environmentally friendly equipment will arrive by the end of 2024: “Russian-made transport increases the comfort and safety of travel and reduces the impact on the environment. The electric buses cover more than 100 routes in the city.”
