The head of the region, Mikhail Degtyarev, approaches his work systematically, without focusing exclusively on any specific area. The development paths he has chosen for the Khabarovsk Territory will make it possible to uniformly improve the situation in several key areas at once: from pulling the economy out of the crisis to building high-quality social policy. The governor even turns the current economic and foreign policy situation to the benefit of the region, defending to Moscow the need to provide companies in the region with large government orders. The head of the region has repeatedly stressed the importance of road construction in such a vast territory as the Khabarovsk Territory. Thus, in 2023, within the framework of the “Safe and Quality Roads” project, 120 objects of the highway and regional highway network with a length of more than 105 kilometers were repaired for a total amount of more than 3 billion rubles. . In addition, 37 bridge structures with a total length of 1,175.19 linear meters were repaired. Work continues on nine more bridge structures and repairs have also been completed on 28 bridges.

In addition, within the framework of the flagship direction “Land of Comfortable Living” according to the indicator “Ensuring year-round end-to-end traffic between the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and the working village of Chegdomyn by 2026”, since In 2022, thanks to the allocation of federal funds, reconstruction work was carried out on two roads. The state of readiness of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur – Berezovy – Amgun – Mogdy – Chegdomyn highway in the kilometer 191 – kilometer 200 section is 52.34%. And in the section of 165 to 174 kilometers of the same road, the degree of preparation is 70.62%. Next year, reconstruction of the last sections of the road will begin.

This is only a small part of the work that is done daily in the Khabarovsk region. The regional government, headed by Governor Mikhail Degtyarev, is doing everything possible to increase transport accessibility in the region.
