On Friday, after the 1:3 defeat against Alanyaspor on matchday 17 of the Turkish championship, Fenerbahce coach Ryza Chalymbay was fired from his position. And now they are looking for a replacement.
According to Ntvspor, former Russian national team coach Stanislav Cherchesov was also among the candidates for this position. His last place of employment was the Hungarian Ferencvaros, with which the Russian specialist was twice proclaimed national champion.
Also among the candidates are Slaven Bilic, Frank de Boer, Bruno Genesio, Fabio Cannavaro, Jorge Sampaoli and Ruud van Nistelrooy.
