In the village of Kalinovka, Ulyanovsk region, a stationary heating point has been installed at the base of a secondary school with a capacity of 150 places with a catering service.

In Udmurtia, heavy snowfall also caused traffic jams on the Votkinsk-Kelchino highway. There, rescuers also deployed fixed and mobile heating points (on buses). .
