The draft document was presented by the Minister of Finance of the region, Alexander Knyshov. According to him, next year treasury expenses will exceed 519 billion rubles, of which about 97 percent will be funds for the implementation of state programs.
The president of the ZSK commented on the adopted document and noted that the solution of social problems remains a priority. At the same time, investments in the real sector of the economy will continue.
Financing for the comprehensive and sustainable development of the Krasnodar Territory in the field of construction and architecture will exceed 20.4 billion rubles, and support for the Kuban agro-industrial complex will exceed 11 billion rubles. Almost one billion rubles will be allocated until 2024 to the state program “Development of industry in the Krasnodar region and increasing its competitiveness.”
Traditionally, it is planned to invest significant funds in housing and communal infrastructure, in the development of the fuel and energy complex and in the road network. The equalization of the budget provision of the municipalities of the Krasnodar Territory and the balancing of their budgets will continue.
“The content of the state programs of the Krasnodar Territory is a complex and comprehensive set of measures aimed at the systematic development of the Kuban economy and social sphere. In total, more than half a trillion rubles are planned for these purposes in 2024. Due to this, many issues of concern to the people of Kuban will be resolved and conditions will be created for further sustainable development of the region,” summarized Yuri Burlachko.
