In 88% of cases, collisions with cars were caused by scooters. The main reasons are the movement of SIM drivers at a prohibited traffic light, high speed and intersection of traffic flows. Experts from the Soglasie insurance company studied the accident statistics of drivers of motor vehicles and scooters insured under comprehensive insurance during the current year. As experts note, motorists often claim insurance policies, including for damage to parked cars caused by careless scooter drivers.
