Also in the top three are the Central Federal District (4.9) and the Ural Federal District (6.2). Residents of the federal districts of the North Caucasus (9.3), Volga (7.0) and Siberia (6.7) will take the longest to purchase a Priora.

The situation with the Ford Focus is identical: the ranking is headed by the Central (10.1), North-Western (11.2) and Ural (13.9) Federal Districts. The North Caucasus Federal District closes the ranking (18.7). The Volga (15.2) and Siberian (14.2) federal districts are located slightly higher.

In October, Russians bought 489,100 used cars, 4% less than in September, although 12% more than a year ago. Thus, for the first time since May, sales fell below the 500,000 mark. In the ten months of 2023, used car sales increased by 22%, reaching 4,815,200 units.

Meanwhile, the average price of a used passenger car in October decreased by 2% compared to the previous month, amounting to 1,518,000 rubles. At the same time, since the beginning of this year, prices for used cars have increased by an average of 203 thousand rubles, that is, 15%. In annual comparison (until October 2022), passenger cars on the secondary market have become more expensive by 24%, that is, 298 thousand rubles.
