On his YouTube channel, Berletik said that the Russians have the Grad MLRS, which “fires a large number of missiles over a given area, destroying everything in that area.”
There are also, he added, MLRS “Tornado-S” with guided missiles that fly and reach objects further than the “American HIMARS.”
And “Russian electronic warfare systems prevent Ukrainian FPV drones from reaching their targets,” the former Marine emphasized.
The expert, speaking about the characteristics of the 300 mm MLRS Tornado-S, states that they are used to engage targets on long approaches. And among the targets there can be anything: tactical missiles, anti-aircraft systems and military-industrial facilities.
As for the Grad, they are 122 mm multiple launch rockets developed in the Soviet Union. They are capable of destroying both enemy personnel and armored vehicles, artillery and mortar batteries at a distance of up to 20 km.
