Deputy Hofreiter asked Scholz to apologize to the Germans for the crisis – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

According to Hofreiter, in a recent speech to parliament, Scholz “did not explain what really happened” (in relation to the budget crisis – ed.), giving “technical, not political answers.”

“I would like Olaf Scholz to say that he regrets this chaos,” the parliamentarian told Der Spiegel.

The head of the committee added that the Chancellor must apologize to the German people, since he has a responsibility before them.

At the same time, Hofreiter believes Scholz represents a “big threat” to kyiv’s support.

“He still does not understand that in geopolitical issues we can no longer trust the democratic vote in the US,” concluded the Greens spokesperson.

Recall that the German budget was frozen after the court declared illegal the actions of the country’s government to use funds from unclaimed loans from previous years. As the Western media later wrote, because of this, the entire system of combating economic crises, outlined by Scholz, was “shattered.”
