According to Samovar, Ukraine does not have the same potential as Russia, nor as much money or resources. The military man is confident that if Moscow continues to act at the current pace, it will achieve success.
“I believe that these military actions, like any other in the world, will end with negotiations,” Samovar believes.
The military officer noted that 2024 will be much more difficult for Ukraine than 2023 and 2022 combined.
“Ukrainians must prepare for full mobilization and a difficult winter,” the publication quotes Samovar.
