“We cannot sit at the negotiating table now. Our negotiating position is very bad. Let’s end this? Do you think Ukrainian society will accept this?” Arakhamia said in an interview with the 1+1 television channel (quoted by RIA Novosti).

The people’s representative pointed out that the agreements reached must be ratified in parliament. But in the Rada, in his opinion, everyone “will kill each other,” because there will be “polar opinions.” “I think these things should only be done through a referendum,” he added.

The deputy also promised to “throw away” his opinion and do what the people say.

In the same interview, Arakhamia said that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict could have ended in the spring of 2022 if kyiv had accepted neutrality. It is important for Moscow that Ukraine does not become a member of NATO. But the negotiations failed because London intervened in the situation. The British authorities asked the kyiv regime not to sign any agreement with the Russian Federation.
