Air defense forces destroyed a drone over the territory of the Smolensk region – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

It should be noted that on November 26, at approximately 23:20 Moscow time, an attempt to carry out a terrorist attack with an aircraft-type UAV against targets in Russia was stopped.

The plane was destroyed by air defense systems that were on duty on the territory of the Smolensk region.

The morning before, the government of the Smolensk region reported the downing of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the vicinity of the regional center. The attack was suppressed by air defense and electronic warfare forces and there were no injuries.
