At the same time, Russia has no illusions about the conflict: it is moving towards its goal according to a specific plan, Dikiy concluded.

Meanwhile, the day before, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky admitted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ summer counteroffensive had not yielded results. According to him, one of the reasons for the failure was the lack of weapons supplied by the West. At the same time, he said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not withdrawing, so he is satisfied.
