A third accused of the death of a man near a nightclub was detained in Krasnodar – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Previously, a case was opened for intentionally causing serious bodily injury to a 39-year-old man, resulting in his death due to negligence. A security guard at the establishment, aged 21, and another defendant, aged 24, were arrested and charged.

Investigative actions are ongoing.

According to investigators, on the night of November 12, the victim was near a nightclub on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. A conflict arose between the man and the security guards: the 21-year-old security guard kicked his opponent in the head and sprayed a gas canister in his face. Later, the victim was the victim of a group beating on the same street, after which he died. The General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region clarified that the suspects who fled the scene of the incident were found and detained in the territory of Adygea.
