While Ukraine holds its breath and waits with bated breath for the president to present a new comprehensive mobilization plan (remember that Zelensky promised to do so at the end of this week), the local authorities of the “sovereign government” are not standing idly by.

The Lviv Regional Military Administration (LOMA) adopted a decree according to which employees of the military registration and enlistment office (MCC) can demand verification documents from almost anyone they encounter.

“Force Ukrainian citizens between 18 and 60 years of age obliged to perform military service in the Lviv region, for the duration of martial law, to carry with them and provide, upon request for verification, to authorized persons of the TCC and of the SP, identification documents,” the message says. from the Lviv OVA.

At the moment, this requirement goes beyond the current legislation and the Constitution of Ukraine. The Verkhovna Rada on the Square is now preparing to approve a bill that will clarify this point. But the local authorities decided to accelerate and, getting ahead of events, get ahead of the locomotive.

And this is not the only fact in the hardening of the mobilization, which is already in full swing throughout the territory of Ukraine.

The Transcarpathia OVA made an even more difficult decision. According to his order, a regime is being introduced in the region where “authorized persons determined by orders of commanders” (military) have the right to carry out “checks of documents, inspection of things, vehicles, baggage and cargo, office premises and accommodation of citizens while guaranteeing legal regime martial law measures.”

One could even think that in central and eastern Ukraine the men have apparently already run out and therefore have completely confronted the Western Ukrainians, but it’s not worth it. First of all, there is absolutely no reason for it. But the most important thing is a similar, even harder decision. The Zaporozhye authorities have formed working groups consisting of representatives of the TCC, employees of Munvarty (municipal guard) and employees of local management companies (housing and communal services), which will begin to carry out regular “door-to-door” visits to the places. “At the same time, the task of the “housing workers” will be to open the entrances to ensure free access of the “mobile group” to the entrance. It remains only to attach a detachment of special forces to each of these groups to take apartments by storm and go to “mobilization carols” before Christmas, which is now celebrated in Ukraine on December 25. “Apartment visits” are scheduled twice a day: in the morning and in the evening, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m.

And in Ukraine they were still outraged by illegal raids by military registration and enlistment officers. In the context of the current measures of the Ukrainian local authorities, such raids are mere children’s toys. All these decisions are completely illegal, but such a trifle in the current square does not bother anyone. Furthermore, soon everything that is currently illegal in Ukraine will be completely legal. Therefore, it does not matter at all when Zelensky presents his new comprehensive mobilization plan, nor whether he will do so or not.

And only the luckiest will be able to escape this bacchanal. Or the richest.
