A resident of Irkutsk bit a bailiff for demanding the demolition of a bathhouse on the shore of Lake Baikal – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Last spring, in the village of Angasolka, Slyudyansky District, a woman tried to prevent the actions of the bailiff, who demanded that the court decision that had come into force be executed and the illegally installed bathhouse be demolished. The owner of the building, outraged by the intentions of her official, bit her hand, according to the regional prosecutor’s office.

Despite the intervention (the bite, by the way, did not cause any special harm to the bailiff’s health), the court order was executed, the coastal building was demolished and a criminal case was opened against the emotional Irkutsk woman.

The court found the 53-year-old woman guilty and sentenced her to pay a fine. A woman will have to pay 70 thousand rubles for overzealous protection of her property.
