“Due to the passage of an atmospheric front, precipitation in the form of freezing rain and strong winds, a temporary traffic restriction is imposed along the lines Chernorechye – Chesma – Varna – Kartaly – Bredy, Bredy – Siny Shikhan and Kizilskoye – Bredy – Mariinsky highways,” reports the press service of mindortrans.

The restrictions were tentatively introduced from 8am to 10am, but may be extended due to difficult road conditions.

As RG already wrote, previously the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations warned about rain, ice and wet snow adhering to the cables on the night of December 25. Motorists were advised to avoid travel where possible.
