In Yekaterinburg the dream of a boy who wants to be a pilot was fulfilled – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The boy made his wish: to feel like a pilot. And this dream was destined to come true: the teenager and his mother traveled more than 300 kilometers to reach Yekaterinburg airport, where the main and only passenger was waiting for the Airbus A320 neo plane. They explained to the boy how the quietest plane in his class is equipped and showed him numerous sensors on the control panel and a joystick that replaces the steering wheel in an Airbus.

In the Ural Federal District, the New Year’s charity campaign began with the plenipotentiary representative of President Vladimir Yakushev. He will fulfill the dreams of several children at once. For example, brothers Savely and Kirill from the city of Bakal, Chelyabinsk region, have already taken a ride on a fire truck with the sirens on, and for five-year-old Vika from Verkhnyaya Pyshma, they will organize a meeting with Santa Claus. 11-year-old Varvara from Yekaterinburg will get acquainted with the profession of a rescuer, and 10-year-old Ivan from Tyumen will be able to temporarily take the seat of a train driver.

This year, six thousand wishes were received from children in the Ural Federal District.
