Footage of Russian drones escorting captured Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers appeared – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Russian fighters captured four Ukrainian soldiers and sent them to our positions under the supervision of two helicopters. One drone carried out surveillance and the second, equipped with FOG (fragmentation grenade launcher), was ready to launch ammunition in case of an escape attempt.

It is not the first time that drones assume the escort function in the Northern Military Region area. Recently, footage was published of how a drone first “smoked” fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the trenches with grenades and then escorted them to Russian positions. And all this without the physical presence of Russian attack aircraft.
