In addition, the translation from Russian to the Sakha language of about 60 terms used in the field of health was approved. At the beginning of next year, terms in the field of construction, transport and culture will be considered.

“Now we have to work to introduce the approved terms into the everyday life of citizens in conversation, writing, television, radio and the press,” said Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Mestnikov.

Work is underway to improve the terminological system of the republic, preserve and develop the Sakha state language in a multicultural environment based on the use of international terms.
