MLRS “Tornado-G” destroyed a bastion and fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Kupyansk – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The coordinates of the targets located at a distance of 18 kilometers were obtained by the Russian Armed Forces thanks to aerial reconnaissance, the department clarified.

It should be noted that the Tornado-G combat vehicles are in the waiting area with loaded ammunition: these are 40 shells that the crew can fire within 20 seconds in the event of an intense attack. Ukrainian air defense systems will not be able to repel such an attack, the Ministry of Defense stressed.

“We’re like nomads,” said a platoon leader with the call sign “Jackie.” According to him, the coordinates are transmitted to the fighters using a drone. “We always attack. There are many objectives, mainly enemy personnel, there are mortars and trucks,” said the soldier.

It was previously reported that the Grad MLRS battery of the Russian Armed Forces repelled the attack of an entire column of Leopard tanks. After a salvo of ten rockets, a direct hit was recorded on the lead tank, which failed. The rest fled.
