Not so long ago, in October, a special children’s version of the program “The Voice” ended, won by Crimean Veronika Syromlya. And on the eve of the New Year, it became known that filming had begun for the next season of the canonical version of the project – the adult one.
Channel One confirmed that work on the twelfth season of “The Voice” remains in full swing. But the most interesting thing is what the composition of the mentors will be this year, and here, finally, there is news. For the first time, the singer Zivert (Yulia Sytnik), who for many years was expected to become a vocal coach, was invited to the red chairs. The 33-year-old vocalist, whose repertoire includes at least a dozen hits (“Beverly Hills”, “Ambiguous”, Life, “Wind of Change”, “Green Waves”, etc.), has never acted as a mentor. . — Yulia, welcome aboard, as Dmitry Nagiyev said. What are your expectations from the project?
— First of all, I expect from the project the opportunity to acquire enormous experience, interesting, logical and very current for me, since in my last album I revealed myself as an author for the first time. Right now I feel great strength and desire to share all this as a mentor.
— You’re 33. And the people who come to the show are much older and have more experience…
“I really have something to charge the project participants with both musically and energetically. And of course I expect great inspiration from the process, because for me music is love and loving means giving. I would like to share the best that I have managed to accumulate and help guide me. After all, it’s about love.

— What can participants expect from you? Rigor, liberalism, co-creation?
— Participants should expect an experimental sound from me. Now I’m at the stage of sort of endless creative searching and groping, so I’m sure it will be interesting. I would like to contribute something very artistic and avant-garde to pop music. Well, in general, if I decide to take on something, I will give it without reservation. I will live from this. Therefore, I promise full dedication and look forward to the start of filming.

What is also interesting is that this season it is allowed to select representatives of new Russian territories: artists from Mariupol, the Luhansk region and other regions, as well as from other countries (Georgia, Cuba, Belarus, Estonia, Tajikistan) and from several Russian cities. (Ukhta, Teykovo, Blagoveshchensk, Inzhavino, Krasnoyarsk, Astrakhan, Grozny, Moscow, etc.).
The Voice season 12 will air in January 2024. The project will be directed by Yana Churikova.
