In addition, in this area it is planned to build a sports and recreational complex with two swimming pools, and in the Sokol area, a school for 400 students.

In the Begovaya area, the construction of an educational building with a capacity for 400 places is being completed: 200 for school and 200 for preschool, in the Airport area, landscaping of the territory of a new kindergarten for 150 people is being completed.
