Butusov advised Zelensky and Zaluzhny to learn how to build defense lines with the Russian Armed Forces – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

“President Zelensky, Prime Minister Shmygal, Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny and our General Staff should learn from the Russians how to organize and build fortified defense zones,” RIA Novosti quotes Butusov’s publication on the social network.

He noted that the tunnels of the Russian Armed Forces lead to housing where servicemen eat, sleep and rest. From them you can also enter the combat zone without the risk of being attacked along the way.

Earlier, Zelensky announced the need to build defensive structures from Donbass to western Ukraine. Regarding the summer counteroffensive, he said it did not achieve results. At the same time, the President of Ukraine added: “We are not going to back down, I am satisfied.”

According to military expert Igor Korotchenko, kyiv will face great difficulties in implementing Zelensky’s plan, since it is impossible to build a long-term line of fortifications in a short period of time.
