An Irishman in a balaclava intimidated Ukrainian refugees with music and shouts – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The event occurred on the afternoon of November 30. An Irishman in a balaclava, standing near a building where Ukrainians live, played Irish rebel music and shouted “get out, get out, get out.”

One of the local residents said that what was happening caused “terrifying fear” among Ukrainian refugees.

The police became interested in the incident. Law enforcement officers are determining all the circumstances of the incident involving violation of public order.
