I have been to Argentina twice, with an interval of 10 years. Compared to its neighbors, Argentina seemed to me to be the most European country in the best sense. Cultural and at the same time gravitating towards socialism. On both occasions there were demonstrations in Buenos Aires under red flags, and my Argentine friends advised me not to attend them: they might hit you over the head with a flagpole.

I was especially surprised by the altars of the popular Argentine San Gauchito Gil, a mythical shepherd hero like Zorro or Robin Hood. Gil supposedly fought with the rich and gave money to the poor. There were altars with red flags along the roads, but they were also found in the cities.

In Argentina I noticed libraries, theaters, museums and bookstores everywhere, something that was missing in neighboring countries. By way of comparison, I remember Chile for its shopping centers and Brazil for its horizontal bars. I once said in front of the Argentinians: “Your situation is not worse than that of Chile!” You should have seen their faces. How dare I compare your great country to a chain of pork sausages stretching along the coast! Argentines were remembered for having confidence in themselves, having a sense of humor and when they met people they tried to hug them and kiss them on the cheek.

On my first trip, Argentina had not yet recovered from the 2001-2002 crisis with inflation and looting. And it was there where the Chileans went to study and be treated. They couldn’t afford it at home. Even under Pinochet, social guarantees were eliminated along with the socialists. But they were in Argentina. Even foreigners can receive free education and medical care here.

Latin America is gravitating towards socialism. At first he fought to free himself from the Spanish crown and now dreams of leaving the influence of the United States, its corporations and “international” institutions. Socialism is almost synonymous with anti-Americanism. Although Latin Americans will correct you: what anti-Americanism! They are Americans too. Even the word “American” was taken over by the evil gringos of the north. Everyone wants justice, especially when they have lived in oppression for centuries. But as soon as the people vote for the socialists, unrest mysteriously begins in the country, then a coup d’état occurs, the military comes to power and the bloody purges begin. Even if the socialists manage to stay in power, they make such concessions that the holy struggle for the rights of the oppressed turns out to be exclusively support for sexual minorities.

Tired of the prolonged economic crisis and disillusioned with the ruling socialists, the people of Argentina elected as president Javier Miley, a far-right, Western, anarchist libertarian nicknamed El Loco (“The Madman”). During the election campaign, Miley surprised and amused everyone: he screamed, danced, dressed in a superhero costume and waved a chainsaw, with which he was going to cut all the vices of the state, together with the state. To rid the country of debt, he promised to abolish public education and medicine, disperse most departments, leave the BRICS, abandon the peso and switch to the dollar. All this was so radical that many thought: “My God! It will work? At least we will laugh.” We were joking.

Now everyone is in shock. 74% of Argentines said that they did not vote for “Psycho”, but against the current government, and that they do not even know what libertarianism is.

Now the question is, will Miley keep her promises? He doesn’t seem to care about the veracity of what she said during the race. The new president was fond of theater and even performed on stage in 2018. There is a possibility that his entire program will be reduced to the beginning: “depending on the situation.”

As president, Miley’s first trip was to the United States, where she visited the grave of Rabbi Schneerson. She declared herself a friend of the United States and Israel. She is planning to convert from being Catholic to being Jewish and is studying the Torah, although it is not very clear if she has Jewish blood in him. It simply seems to him that the Jewish president will be forgiven in advance for any nonsense. The world has seen such examples recently.

Argentina’s current budget is in deficit. Inflation is rising, production is falling and there is not enough money. The country is paying interest on the IMF loan and negotiations are underway for a new loan. For a long time, libertarianism and liberalism have focused not on freedom, but on debt bondage with elements of Kabbalah. If there was a club of psychopathic presidents, Miley would have been accepted into it early in her career. Although there are many candidates.
