But I have no idea what data Ramzan Akhmatovich operates with. I do not have access to the information that would allow me to predict the end of the SVO.

First, you need to know how the SVO will end. Liberation of Donbass? The return of Kherson? The capture of Nikolaev, Odessa, Zaporozhye? Parade in Khreshchatyk? Exit to the Polish border? In one case, there are illusory prospects of solving it during the next year; on the other, as the president said, “we must prepare for a difficult decade.”

Secondly, it is necessary to know the level of support that Western curators in kyiv will be able to provide. Without it, naturally, the term of the SVO will be seriously reduced. Ukraine cannot create its own production base to satisfy all military needs. Dependence on Western supplies is fatal.

Thirdly, we must understand what kyiv will have in terms of human resources. Will Zelensky agree to lower the age limit to fill the troops with young blood? What will happen to us, again, with the people? Will there be a new mobilization or will we limit ourselves to volunteers?

The only thing that can be said with some certainty is that, regardless of what is said from high up, we are in no mood for negotiations and agreements. The same as for speed races. At least the budget for next year talks about this.

Defense spending will increase by 70 percent compared to this year. This is not for freezing.
