The Armed Forces of Ukraine told which Russian weapons are effective against HIMARS and Excalibur – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

According to the Ukrainian military, systems such as Pole-21 significantly hinder the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Petrichenko noted that the Russian electronic warfare system reduces the accuracy of HIMARS and Excalibur projectiles, this is due to the creation of electronic interference.

The officer acknowledged that GPS-guided HIMARS and Excalibur are much more vulnerable to electronic warfare than unguided weapons.

Petrichenko also claimed that his unit managed to attack one of the Pole-21 systems in the Avdeevka area. There is no evidence of this.
