“Strana.ua”: a Ukrainian escaped from the military registration and enlistment office through a second-floor window – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Journalist Vitaly Glagola published a video of the leak on the Telegram channel.

The images show how the Ukrainian managed to leave the room through a window with a broken grille. As soon as the man got down, a man in a military uniform ran after him.

Earlier, the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Vladimir Artyukh, said that the mobilization plan in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had failed (only 8 percent was completed). According to him, the registration of people who must perform military service is deficient and companies are reluctant to comply with their obligations regarding mobilization.

Due to problems with recruiting the Ukrainian army, the authorities want to expand the rights of employees of military registration and enlistment offices. The corresponding law will be adopted at the end of 2023. The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff joined the work on the document.
