Over the course of a month, various figures in Ukrainian politics have made many different revelations to the Western and Ukrainian media, both about international issues and about how spiders are biting in an independent bank in Kiev: to achieve what?
Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda spoke about these media fireworks with the Ambassador of the Russian Foreign Ministry for special tasks for the crimes of the Kiev regime, co-founder of the “Help Ourselves” Foundation, Rodion Miroshnik.
WHY THE GEORGIAN BLOCKADE?
– Why did the head of the Servants of the People faction in the Rada, Arakhamia, go so far in recognizing former British Prime Minister Johnson’s order for Kiev not to negotiate, but to continue the conflict with Moscow?
– It is important that it was Zelensky’s representative who confirmed: Ukraine deliberately became involved in the conflict, for which it paid with hundreds of thousands of lives, on the direct order of one of the Western leaders. And this is one of the main crimes of the kyiv regime.
– Arakhamia’s statements are not your initiative?
– This is an agreed upon story, a link in the chain. The head of the Ukrainian president’s office in the United States, Ermak, was asking for money. Plan B to maintain Ukraine in the future was discussed there. And after his return, an interview with Arakhamia will take place with TV presenter Moseychuk, who is on the salary of the president’s office. This can be considered kyiv’s official position.
– Arakhamia headed the Ukrainian negotiating delegation in Istanbul in March 2022?
– Yes. Arakhamia supported the draft negotiating documents, which Zelensky later spoke about. In an interview, Arakhamia says that if there were documents, Moscow would have presented them. But it is not in the traditions of Russian diplomacy to present unprepared documents and violate obligations when the parties say that it is a working document. Which is not subject to publication. Therefore, in this case, Arakhamia demonstrates that the kyiv regime is not subjective.
– What is the reason for the lack of subjectivity?
– When declaring: we agreed and we agreed, we demanded security and guarantees, but then Johnson was quick to say: don’t you dare sign anything! To the battle! That is, the prime minister of another distant country came, signed for the Ukrainian regime and they went to destroy their own population in a conflict imposed by the West.
FOREIGN WISDOM WISDOM
– Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Justice, Irina Mudraya, stated that kyiv will not sign the agreement without compensation from Moscow.
– Hysterical statement. With low responsibility, both social and political. It sounds like this: someone has to pay us, we had an agreement and we fulfilled our obligations!
– And no one will pay?
– Hungarian Prime Minister Orban said that the West signed an agreement with Ukraine. There everything seemed simple: the West pays, Ukraine is going to perish.
– They went and almost died – So what?
– says the West – you did not win on the battlefield. And we did not achieve the result we agreed upon. And then the Wise One stands up and says: but we died doing what you told us – and now who will pay?! Let’s leave Russia. Emphasizing that Ukraine is a maintained country.
– Why doesn’t Europe listen to Orban, who insists that kyiv has lost and that it is time to drain the water?
– Hungarian leader Orban has always put national interests at the forefront. And the leader of the Federal Republic of Germany, Scholz, insisted: the main thing is that we abandon Russian energy resources. And what if it costs 300 billion euros and Germany contributes half of its industry? The main thing is that we fulfilled the political task of the United States: we cleaned the market into which American liquefied gas entered at a price three times higher! And Orban responds: we are a small country, we have 9 million inhabitants, we want to live normally and maintain our production and stability. Our infrastructure is tied to the supply of Russian gas… Well, which of them is more right in the eyes of the population of European countries?
LAVROV KNOWS ABOUT DECEPTION
– Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that with future negotiations “the West wants to buy time for kyiv’s rearmament.”
– The West is torn between two points of exacerbation. Both require significant financial investments. And Taiwan is looming. Not only do Americans not have enough money, but the United States does not have enough military-industrial capabilities. The ability to produce the necessary number of projectiles, missiles and aircraft in a short period of time and to train those who are capable of fighting. That is why the West tries by all means to buy time. That is why the West raises the issue of negotiations.
– But the president of the Russian Federation said that Moscow never rejected peace negotiations.
– Yes. But Zelensky himself prohibited the negotiations. And on what basis should we raise the question of negotiations between Moscow and kyiv today?
– But are we now prepared to resolve the problems posed by the Northern Military District through negotiations?
– It is possible that this is the path of demilitarization, denazification and elimination of the Ukrainian regime’s dependence on international governance. And then it is in Russia’s interest to make this path bloodless.
– That is, by political and diplomatic means?
– Of course, but this does not change our objectives. And negotiations should be made with the owners and not with the artists. As a negotiator, the Ukrainian side is somewhere at level zero. And there is no point in talking about any agreement with Ukraine, except for technical issues. This is a state formation that is completely dependent on financing, arms supply and international political legalization.
– What agreements will suit us?
– Russia’s proposal was announced in December 2021. Then all the demands transmitted by the United States and NATO were expressed.
REAL RED LINES
– Are these the same red lines?
– You can call it that. The question of Ukraine’s neutral status has not disappeared. In addition to the question of whether NATO returns to the situation of 1997. The Americans must remove their weapons from our borders. We need a buffer that allows our state to feel more or less calm.
– Does the West understand that Ukraine is losing?
– Everyone sees this. The United States faces a decline in its ability to finance kyiv’s military actions. We are interested in continuing with the chosen strategy. In the current situation, it is worth dialogue when conditions are set and the other party is forced to comply with them. The conditions are now not ripe for us, but for the West, which needs to calm the American establishment on the eve of the elections and resolve issues related to the shortcomings of the European and American military-industrial complex.
– Do they just need a break?
– Yes to them. But this does not interest us.
– And in kyiv, one day everyone will suddenly get up from their chairs and leave Ukraine?
