The man was charged with several articles of the Penal Code, including “organization of a criminal community”, “murder” and “banditry”.

According to investigators, members of Kinofilki, created in 1997, committed a series of serious and especially serious crimes.

“The investigation considers that the accused is involved in three murders and the attempted murder of two people,” the Investigative Committee said in a statement.

In 2011, 15 gang members received various prison sentences. At the same time, the leader managed to escape.
